Terms and Conditions for DiZak Ketex

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of travel and event services ("Services") offered by DiZak Ketex, located at Mostecká 21, 118 00 Malá Strana. By booking any of the Services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
"Client" means any person, company, or other entity that has booked Services with DiZak Ketex.
"Service Provider" means third parties that have been contracted by DiZak Ketex to provide Services.
All bookings must be made in writing and will not be considered confirmed until a written confirmation is sent by DiZak Ketex.
A deposit of 10% of the total cost must be paid at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via transfers or payment by cards.
Full payment must be completed no later than 60 days before the event/travel date.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing and received by DiZak Ketex at least 60 days before the event/travel date for a full refund, minus any costs already incurred, if any other contract had been signed
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 60 days before the event/travel date, if any other contract had been signed
DiZak Ketex is not responsible for the actions or omissions of Service Providers.
DiZak Ketex is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the provision of the Services.
Changes to Services
DiZak Ketex reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Czech republic.
